Returns Policy

30 Day Return Policy starts on the day your product arrived.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products

1. “My item was damaged” - occurring within the manufacturer's warranty period, you may get a refund/credit, or replacement. 

By the companies trained assessment, damaged or faulty items are checked for legitimate faults, however, should the item be found to have sustained damage resulting from misuse or abuse, the item will be returned to you without refund/credit or replacement. The manufacturer  offers a lifetime warranty on most parts, except for items containing electronics which have a 2-year warranty. 

2. “I order the wrong parts”? - If you ordered the wrong item, return it for credit or exchange within 30 days of invoice unless… see below

a.    The items have been opened from packaging and/or used;
b.    The items were specially ordered in to fulfil your order;
c.    The items were supplied in bulk quantities (eg, more than 10)
note - the return freight costs are to be covered by the buyer, there is no restocking fees.
