Refund Policy
You may apply for a refund of the product price under the following circumstances.

  • If the products never arrived-

You may apply for a refund after 30 days has elapsed from the estimated delivery date

  • Damaged on arrival

           Please send a photo

  • Faulty manufacturing or broken after use

Please send a photo

  • Changed your mind
  • Wrong product


Initial steps to initiate a refund.

You have 7 days from the arrival date to apply for a refund except if the product never arrived- see above. Apply here ian@mightymountsdownunder.com.au use the subject Refund Application and your order number.

  • We will reply with the return address where you are required to return the products in the original packaging at your cost.
  • The refund processing time is 2 days of Mighty Mounts Downunder receiving the products back.
  • The refund will be processed back into your nominated bank account.
  • The refund amount could take 3-5 days to hit your bank account.
  • You are responsible for the safe return of products for a refund, you should have a tracking code for your own protection when you return the goods.
